Presentation Folders

Many businesses choose to showcase sales literature or business proposals in a presentation folder on account of its professional appearance, and its tendency to be kept by the customer rather than discarded. We produce printed presentation folders in a number of formats, as shown below, and can provide assistance with the design and layout if required.

The tables below show the prices for folders printed using two different print processes. Both processes provide a very high quality result, but there are certain restrictions on the designs with screen printing. However, for simple designs, in low quanitities screen print is very cost-effective. Please consult the notes below to discover the most suitable choice.

Litho Printed Folders

Our conventional offset litho printed presentation folders offers maximum flexibility in terms of the type of design. Tints (shaded areas), fine detail, and full colour photographs are all possible.

The folders can be made with slots in the inside pocket suitable for holding a business card on request. This option is available at no extra charge.

If your design is suitable, screen printing is more cost-effective for this quantity. (See below).

Screen Printed Folders

Screen printing offers a price advantage for small quantities, as shown in the tables below. The trade-off is that there are some design restrictions. With screen printing, tints (shaded areas) are not possible, and solids (large areas covered with ink) are not very sucessful.

For straightforward designs however, this type of presentation folder offers a perfectly presentable alternative at a reduced cost.

Prices shown are for presentation folders supplied flat. As the folders have interlocking flaps, they are easy to assemble as and when required. However, if you would like us to supply them ready-folded, we are happy to do this for a small extra charge of £9.50 + VAT per 100 folders.

We also supply folders in custom sizes, (including A5 size), with Spot UV varnish, and with alternative shape pockets if required.
